The bidder must have completed a certain value of similar works, and must provide a certificate from the authorized Engineer-in-charge for similar nature of work done and executed quantities of work done in the last 5 years. The assessed available bid capacity should be not less than the total estimated cost of work as detailed in DNIT, excluding maintenance cost for four years.
