The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily 100% completed similar works during the last 7 years ending previous day of last date of submission of tenders. The similar works should meet one of the following criteria: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs.577.48 L (40%) of the estimated cost of the project - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work done at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar class of work, with the following requirements: - One similar work costing not less than Rs.1154.96 L (80%) of the estimated cost of the project, or - Two similar works, each costing not less than Rs.721.85 L (50%) of the estimated cost of the project. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs.1443.70 L, with the following percentages and values mentioned: - 40% of the estimated cost: Rs.577.48 L - 50% of the estimated cost: Rs.721.85 L - 80% of the estimated cost: Rs.1154.96 L - 10% of the estimated cost: Rs.144.37 L
