TDS as applicable from time to time shall be deducted from the bills of contractor and will be deposited to government authorities on behalf of contractor. This does not absolve the contractor from paying all the taxes and duties levied by the government of India, state governments and statutory authorities / bodies including DGMS, for the works, supplies etc., including all the personnel and corporate taxes due from the bidder.

Basic fixed daily rate per day means charge inclusive of depreciation, all applicable taxes and duties as applicable, repairs of tanker, maintenance , HSD/Oil, lubricants, insurance, all other costs and expenses of Tanker’s accessories required on account of statutory requirements, local services, all expenses of the Contract’s establishments , wages and other emoluments of Driver and helper for 10 hours of duty per day, payment of overtime over and above 10 hrs work, if any, as per Minimum Wages act. The successful Contractor shall have to ensure full compliance with Motor Vehicle Act 1988 and Motor Transport Workers Act 1961, Minimum Wages act 1948 and the rules framed there under all other statutory acts as may be in force from time to time governing the engagement of staff, their conditions of services which must include minimum wages as per the aforesaid acts. The charges payable shall be deemed to be inclusive of at payments to be borne by contractor on all such accounts. Any increase in the wages of the crew or any further benefits and perquites accruing or arising to the crew subsequent to the NIT, due to revision in the Minimum Wages as applicable shall be borne solely by the contractor and deemed to be included in the charges. The contractor has to pay all wages, bonus and EPF to the crew through NEFT and to provide documentary evidence of payment along with the monthly bills of subsequent month. • Documentary evidence in the form of Bank statement/challan for proof of payment of wages and bonus should include name and bank account no of the contractor and crew. • Contractor shall submit copy of EPF challan of the previous month along with invoice as proof of payment of EPF dues with detail including the Employee name / ESI A/C number / amount remitted in every wage period. The Minimum wages to the crew has to be paid as per the circular issued by the Office of Regional Labour Commissioner, Govt of India, and Dibrugarh from time to time. Accordingly, the contractor will take into consideration future increase in Minimum wages while bidding.

Bidders are required to ascertain themselves, the prevailing rates of GST and all other taxes and duties as applicable on the scheduled date of submission of Price Bids/ revised Price Bids (if any) and ONGC would not undertake any responsibility whatsoever in this regard.

Quoted running charge will be increased/decreased on the basis of diesel price fluctuation as per clause 11 of special conditions of contract.

Daily fixed charges per day

The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes, duties, levies etc.(including GST). Bidder to mention the applicable GST rate.
