Numaligarh Refinery Limited Tender

The bidder must have experience in execution of Mechanical nature of works in any Crude Oil Refinery, with a contractual period of 1 to 3 years. The work should have been completed within the contractual period or any extension granted by the client without imposition of LD. The bidder should have completed similar works such as Alloy steel/SS/CS IBR or higher metallurgy piping works, preventive maintenance/overhauling/routine maintenance of parts of Rotary equipment, mechanical job for Overhauling Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger, or routine maintenance works that include flange opening/box-up job of different sizes of rating with minimum 10” & 1500 #. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the value of past experience shall be adjusted at a simple rate of 7% for every completed year and/or part thereof. The bidder should submit details of similar works done during the past ten years, including job name, tender number, description of work, value of contract, date of commencement, and actual completion time. The average annual turnover of the bidder for the last 3 financial years should be at least Rs. 339.67 lakhs for Mandatory PQC and Rs. 565.37 lakhs for Optional PQC.
