Three similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the estimated bid value is 27022921. The bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 135 Lakh for the last 3 years. There is also a mention of a price band, where if the bidder is an MSE Service Provider and has quoted a price within L-1+ 15% of margin of purchase preference, then 100% order quantity will be awarded to such MSE bidder subject to acceptance of L1 bid price.
