Shrouding the DTW assembly by river pea gravel of size 4 mm to 8 mm free from sand / dust and any other foreign materials after screening / stacking at site including supply, transportation, labour etc. complete as directed.

Supply & Installation of Solar Pumping System: (a) Solar Submersible S tandalone Pump set with 7.5 HP AC Induction motor and Solar Power Controller Unit ( Conform IEC 6168311:1999) with overload, over-under voltage, short circuit protection, suitable for 200 mm bore well and discharge capacity approx. 1400 LPM at 10 M head (Dynamic Head Range 10-20 Mtr and Shut off head 30 M) working at 8000 Wp of solar power along with Cables, Inverter external box, surge suppressor, DC MCB & all necessary accessories like, 2(two) pairs of G.I. Assembly support clamps, 10(ten) nos. of Cable clamp / clip, 1 (one) no. of Delivery bend, 1 (one) no. enlarger/ reducer as required, 20(twenty) mtr. Column pipe of uPVC/ HDPE of working pressure of minimum 8kgf, 1(one) no. of Short pipe of 1.5 Mtr. length of required diameter, 40(forty) mtr.(approx.) Flat flexible cable (motor to controller) as per latest MNRE norms and as per IS. (b) Supply, fitting-fixing and testing & commissioning of Solar PV modules conforming to IEC 61215 specification or equivalent National or International standards consisting of solar panels framed in anodized aluminium frame of 8000 Wp (approx.) considering 7.15 kWh/ M2/ Day of solar insolation under standard test condition on horizontal surface with tolerance (+/-) 15% and hot dipped galvanized (minm 80 micron thickness) mounting mild steel structure of rectangular hollow sections, angles, heavy duty pipes of dia. 150 mm (all materials duly IS marked ) for providing sufficient strength with dual axis manual tracking arrangement which can withstand load of modules and high wind velocities upto 150 Km/hr including RCC foundation designed against all possible loads (Dead, Live and imposed load), Controller conform to IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2, IEC 60068 - 2- (2, 14, 30, 78) ( The series and parallel combination of Solar Modules to be done in such a way that Jalverter/ Controller input voltage requirement is met i.e. System Vmp 587 V & System Voc 800 V) and necessary connection cables, pipes to the water trough and other accessories, etc. complete in all respect as directed. (Controller to be installed with suitable arrangement on the body of the pole of mounting structure with rain proof provision. SPV panel should be of reputed make and carry at least 20 years warranty& comprehensive maintenance for 1 year and should installed preferably above HFL) (c) Earthing with 50 mm dia. GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia. x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia. GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. Below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipment incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc. (d) Lightning protection (Arrestor)(pole mounted)(: Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 4 mts. height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia. 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia. 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. including supply & fixing GI (Hot Dip) strips 20 mm x 3 mm thick for horizontal run on the/Roof with GI Saddles 1100 mm apart. NB :- 1. Solar Pump set should be of reputed make and carry 5 years warranty/ guarantee 2. Flow Range : 90 L per Wp of PV array from TDH of 10 M 3. Controller DC Input Voltage: (i) System Vmp 587 V & (ii) System Voc 800 V 4. Controller Conforming to : IEC 61683–1999 & IEC 60068-1-2,IEC 60068–2-(2,14,30,78) 5. The system should carry anti-theft mechanism (Rate As per MNRE Circular No. 32/24/2020-SPV Division, dt-26/10/2021 including cost of remote monitoring & USPC) This benchmark cost are for the systems installed as per MNRE specifications inclusive of the total cost of system and its installation, commissioning, transportation, insurance, warranty/guarantee, monitoring & maintenance for five years. Cost of Solar Standalone Pumping System = Rs 4,08,631.00 Add GST @ 18 % = Rs73,553.58 Cost Solar Pumping System = Rs 4,82,184.58

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC Ribbed Screen Filter pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of sockets, reducer etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1992 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Supreme / Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.

Fitting, fixing of G.I Equal Tee of 80/ 100 mm Dia. Complete as directed.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification.

Supply, fitting-fixing of Heavy duty CIDF sluice valve inside screw, non raising, vertical spindle type with hand wheel operation need of water purpose. The rotation of closing should be counter clock wise. The holes of the flange should be drilled as per BSS No. 10 , Part-I, Table-D. All materials construction and components should strickly conform to IS : 14846-2000 and having marked with manufacturers name and trade mark in the delivery pipe layout as directed / as per drawing along with HD GI flange, pipe joining materials and painting in complete as directed.

Fitting-fixing of MS / GI bend of 80/100 mm dia x 450 / 900 / 1200 with GI / fabricated GI pipes with flange at both end and pipe jointing sets, including painting as per drawing / specification as directed.

Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC unequal tee joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc. complete as directed.

Providing and fixing Bamboo jaffery/ fencing consisting of superior quality 25mm dia (Average) half cut bamboo placed vertically and fixed together with three numbers horizontal running members of hollock wood in scantling of section 50X25 mm, fixed with nails and G.I wire on existing support complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Soling in foundation at all levels including filling intersides, ramming etc complete as directed and of specified thickness with 9 cm brick on flat including sand packing.

Supplying, fitting, fixing, joining of PVC end cap fitting with solvent cement as per specification including local carriage, testing leakage etc. complete as directed.Size : 110mm

Developing the tube well assembly by Air-Compressor of capacity 8-12 kg/cm2 and CFM=450 M3/min so as to get sand free discharge of water with supply of all required materials at site complete as directed including furnishing of litho-log / draw down data etc. as per IS : 11185 of 1999. ( For new DTW minimum 72 hours development is compulsory. Additional pea gravel required if any, during development would be extra )

R.C.C work in slab, abutment cap and above abutment, pier cap, pedestal, dirt wall etc. in proportion 1:2:4 (M15) with hard river shingles of size 6mm to 20mm with proper reinforcement as per design including necessary curing etc. complete as directed with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately).

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Movement of drilling Rig , Tools & Plants, Accessories including drill pipes, casing pipes etc. to drilling site and back.

Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC bend pipe size joining with pipes with solvent cement, testing leakages etc. complete as directed.

Supply, lowering & installation in tube well 200mm PVC housing pipe / blind pipe of wall thickness of 10.0 mm to 11.2 mm for casing assembly including supply of well cap, sockets, reducer, MS housing clamps etc. as required as per IS : 12818-1992 of length 3.00 M/2.00 M of repute brand like Supreme / Oriplast / Jindal / Prince etc. and as directed.

12 mm cement plastering including clearing surface and curing, complete as directed.

Supply of sign board made of 1.60mm thick MS iron sheet fitted with steel frame of size 1.05 m x 0.75m fixed with 2 Nos. 50mm dia GI (medium) pipes 2.10m above and 0.60m below ground fitted with C.C. work in proportion 1:3:6 and size 0.45m x 0.45m x 0.60m below ground including painting with approved paint including writing letters complete as directed.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and top layer 12mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Boring of DTW of bore hole up to 450mm dia and up to a depth of 70 M or up to required depth by RC/DR Drilling Rig including supply and transportation of all required tools & Plants, materials & labour to site to perform the job in complete as directed in alluvium areas ( means areas where the strata comprises of loose, unconsiolidated materials like clays, silts, sands gravels, pebbles, cobbles and boulders) as per IS:2800 (part-1) of 1991. ( soil sample must be collected & keep properly at every 3.00 M interval of depth in boring. The job also include movement of rig by making temporary approach road etc. to the field up to distance of 1000M)

River sand filling in plinth, canal bed, canal slopes, bases of structure, etc in layers not more than 150 mm thick including necessary carriage, watering etc,complete as directed as specified.

Supplying, fitting, fixing PVC Pipes (IS 12818, 6 kg/cm2), joining pipes with relevant cement, levelling, testing leakages etc. complete as directed. (Cost of E/W foundation trenches will be paid separately). 110mm dia

CC Work in proportion 1:3:6 in foundation /abutment/ pier/wing walls etc. with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 to 38 mm including curing with necessary shuttering , Scafolding etc. where necessary, complete as directed. (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately).

1st class brick work in cement mortar in abutment and wing wall, parapet wall etc.including racking out joints and curing etc. complete. (In proportion 1:4)

Procurement and supply of approved quality canvas pipe of 65 mm dia for water distribution system including all necessary accessories for fitting, sealing joints etc. as directed.

CC work in proportion 1:2:4 in foundation / abutment / piers / wing walls etc.with hard broken stone aggregate of size 13 mm to 38 mm including curing with necessary timber shuttering, scaffolding etc. where necessary complete as directed. (Shuttering, scaffolding cost will be paid separately)
