Epoxy Grouting: Nozzle Plugging: Fixing GI NRV nozzles in honey comb / damaged area and along crack lines at required spacing after drilling using mechanical tools and plugging it using high strength, non-sag, epoxy compound complying with ASTM C881 Type I, Grade 3, Class B & C and formulated to achieve adhesive bond strength with concrete substrate an average of 1 MPa at 7 days or concrete failure when tested to ASTM D4541; Compressive strength in excess of 40MPa at 1day & 60MPa at 7 days when tested as per BS:6310Pt2 Injection of Low Viscous Epoxy Resin: After fixing the injection ports at predetermine locations, grouting with the help of suitable injection grouting pumps at suitable pressures using two-component, high strength, low viscous (350 cps @ ambient temperatures) epoxy injection resin system having minimum pot life of 30 minutes at ambient temperatures, achieves compressive strength higher than 55 MPa at 1 day & 65 MPa at 7 days; Flexural strength higher than 55 MPa at 7 days; slant shear bond strength higher than 15 MPa in 7 days

Carbon Fibre Laminate (Below the Slab): Strengthening structural elements by using Carbon Fibre Laminate with thickness, tensile strength mean value 3100MPa, Tensile Modulus of 170GPa as per EN 2561. The concrete surface should be primed with epoxy based primer. Apply the Laminate to the substrate and using a roller, exert a constant pressure by moving the tool both ways in the longitudinal direction of the laminate

Waterproofing Treatment: Surface Preparation: All loose traces of concrete or mortar, dust, grease oil, etc. must be removed to obtain a keyed aggregate exposed surface. Surfaces should be cleaned using some mechanical grinder. Crack Repairing: Make groove cutting at cracks. Supply and apply of High Grade Dual Shrinkage Compensated Pre Packed Cement Based Repair Mortar such as MasterEmaco S348 of MBS or equivalent using MasterEmaco SBR 3 of MBS make as bonding agent Coving: Prepare coving with fillet of size 50mm x 50mm with CM 1: 3 admixed with MasterEmaco SBR 3 of MBS (Mortar – 1:3/ 1:4) wherever required as per site requirement Coating: Supply and application of MASTERSEAL 551, an elastomeric flexible, two component acrylic modified cementitious coating applied by brush, roller or trowel. The product shall be applied in minimum two coats. Typical properties of the product shall be as follows: Density : 1.75 + 5% (kg/m³) Mixing Ratio (powder: Liquid): 2.6:1 by weight Water penetration: 5 bar, no leakage PotLife : 120 Minutes at 25o C 30 Minutes at 40o C Recoatable time : 8 – 12 Hours Elongation at break (ASTMD 412-2016): 40% Protection Screed / Plaster: Providing and laying 25mm – 50mm thick screed concrete / plaster mixed with approved water proofing compound like MasterPel 777 or equivalent (Integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645) over the coated surface all complete as per manufacture's specifications and instruction and as directed.
