Bidders or their OEMs (either directly or through resellers) must have completed projects involving the supply and installation/commissioning of similar products within the three fiscal years prior to the bid opening. This can be fulfilled by: a single order of at least 35% of the estimated bid value; two orders of at least 20% each of the estimated bid value; or three orders of at least 15% each of the estimated bid value. Satisfactory performance certificates from the respective buyer organizations for these orders must be submitted. For bundled bids, the category with the highest bid value must meet this criterion. Additionally, bidders or their OEMs must have regularly manufactured and supplied similar products to central/state government organizations or PSUs for two years before the bid opening date. Relevant contract copies showing quantities supplied each year must be submitted. For bundled bids, the primary product with the highest value must meet this criterion. Finally, bidders or their OEMs must have supplied similar products for 50% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three fiscal years before the bid opening date to any central/state government organization or PSU. Copies of relevant contracts proving the cumulative order quantity in any one fiscal year must be submitted. For bundled bids, the category related to the primary product with the highest bid value must meet this criterion.
