The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For the position of Project Engineer, a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in BE in Civil Engineering. - For the position of Site Engineer, a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Diploma in Civil Engg. or Diploma in Mechanical Engg. - For the position of Supervisor, a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with any graduate degree. The bidder should have experience in executing civil engineering works. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one water supply related work of value at least equal to 80% of the tender inviting value, i.e., Rs.308.08108 Lakhs. Alternatively, they should have completed two water supply related works of value each at least equal to 50% of the tender inviting value, i.e., Rs.192.55068 Lakhs, or three water supply related works of value each at least equal to 40% of the tender inviting value, i.e., Rs.154.04054 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder or its sub-contractor should have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job. The bidder should also demonstrate that they have personnel with adequate qualification and experience, including a Project Engineer with 10 years of relevant work experience and a Site Engineer with relevant academic qualifications and experience.
