The bidder should have experience and resources to meet the qualification criteria. They should demonstrate that they have availability of personnel with adequate qualification and experience. The bidder should have completed works of a certain value, and the available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value. Specifically, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 3,81,01,974.00, which is 80% of the value of contract/contracts, and two similar work of Govt. Office/building/roads of construction of value not less than Rs. 2,38,13,734.00, which is 50% of the value of contract/contracts. Additionally, the bidder or its sub-contractor should have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 10.00 lakhs in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job. The bidder is also required to have experience in building construction works and provide information on the total monetary value of building construction works performed for each of the last five years. The bidder needs to provide a report on the financial standing, including profit and loss statements and auditor's report for the past five years, and an undertaking of Technical key persons proposed by the bidder with attested copies of Certificate of academic qualification, complete postal/e-mail address, contact no. & details of their past experience with project names. The bidder is required to provide an undertaking for investment of minimum cash up to 25% of the value of the work and have access to or availability of credit facilities (minimum 10% of notified contract value) certified by the bankers.
