Preparation of Drawing •Preparation of Layout plan •Preparation of sketches and detailed working Consultancy services of comprehensive Architectural and Structural Design (2D, 3D plan and elevation) of 20-25m RCC Lighthouse Tower for proposed New Lighthouse at Silghat, Assam. comprising the buildings as listed in the scope of work. Structural drawing should be vetted by Reputed Govt. Institute. •Preparation of Detailed Structural designs and drawings of 20-25.0 Mtr RCC Tower super Structure Foundation, Compound wall and G+1 Allied buildings. Vetting of Structural drawing through IIT or similar type reputed Govt. Institute. •Planning and designing of development works and external services as such as development of tourism plan as per approval from Dept., development of ground by roads and paths, storm water drains including its disposal, sewer lines, septic tanks including final disposal system of sewage , water resources development such as tube well etc water supply pipelines network overhead water tank, electrical power room, street lighting etc. all complete. All development works are to be effectively and economically designed. •Necessary Town and country planning approval if necessary. •Preparation and submission of complete specifications of the buildings and services along with preliminary drawings, codal provisions as per CPWD norms in respect of plinth area & specifications normally adopted. All the planning and designs shall also be take into account for the requirements of essential services such as firefighting , electrification, water supply , sanitary installations, drainage , roads, landscaping & horticulture etc. •Preliminary Sketched with drawings giving details of useful area, circulation area and total plinth area, Master plan if so required to be prepared. •3D view and Working drawings.
