Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of 16 M high mast system with its accessories such as foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates, non-integral LED flood light luminaries with provision for 9 nos 200 W LED lamps and its control gear boxes (Bajaj/ Crompton/ Wipro/ Philips make) provision for twin dome LED aviation obstruction lights (AOL) , control feeder panel housing 63 A TPN MCB incomer, ATS automatic timer switch based on TOD event and geographical data with contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor. Mast shaft shall be in two sections-plate thickness-Top 3mm, Bottom 4mm,Cross Section of mast: 20 sided polygon, section length: top 8000 mm-bottom 8000 mm, bottom(A/F)410-450 mm,Top(A/F) 150-160 mm, diameter of base plate:540 mm, thickness of base plate: 25 mm, foundation bolts no:8 nos, PCD of foundation bolts:460 mm diameter:M30, length of foundation bolts:850 mm, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity (50m/s) as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel rope 6 mm dia ( 7 / 19 construction) , trailing cable, double drum winch,

Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for 9 luminaries symmetrically & its control gear boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall be erected on suitable shallow foundation concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T / Sq meter at 2 metre depth. The mast shall have an integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation.(Bajaj/ Crompton/ Wipro/ Philips make) Supply of foundation bolts M:30/850 mmmanufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. Supply of 9 nos. 200w LED flood light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high Power LEDs, 120 Lumen/watt, silicon potted gel driver with BIS approve, IP66,secondary lense and protection system 10kv spd included.model:TFS-507-200-57-60D-SL-GL-NSG, Make-Crompton, Philips, L&T non-integral LED flood light luminaries with its control gear boxes. Supply of twin LED dome aviation obstruction lights. Supply of control panel housing 63 A TPN MCB incomer, single dial timer contactor circuit for the automatic control of luminaries, outgoing terminals and control circuit for the power tool motor.

Construction of suitable shallow foundation with design concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T / Sq meter at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour. Erection of the high mast with the help of suitable equipments and Wiring of luminaries with all Wiring materials and labour. SITC GI pipe earthing for high mast with 2.5 m long 40 mm dia GI pipe including connection as approved by the Deptt.)to high mast terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI strip with all materials and labour. ( 2 nos per mast require) . Erection of the above panel on suitable foundation including all materials and labour as directed by the department complete.
