Supplying and fixing of exhaust gas piping of dia. 150 mm for 250 KVA rating D.G. Set welded black MS, 'B' Class pipe conforming to IS:3589 cut to required lengths and installed with necessary bends, supports and clamps, anti-vibration mountings, the work include necessary cladding of exhaust pipe work using wiremesh, 50 mm thick Loosely bound resin(LBR)mattress / mineral wool/ Rockwool, density not less than 150kg/m and aluminium cladding (0.6mm thick min.) complete portion complete as required as per specifications.

Supply, installation, fabrication of MS frame structural work for supproting existing exahuast gas pipe of dia 150 mm mentioned at item no.- 6 complete as required

Supply and installation of SS Flexible Bellows, 6" dia. (150 mm NB), complete with counter flanges, heat resitant gaskets, nuts-bolts-washers etc., complete as required.

SH:2- Panel and Wiring

MAIN ESSENTIAL Cum AMF PANEL Design, manufacture supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Main LT Panel (PTTA type construction), cubicle & modular type, made of CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick for load bearing members, 1.6 mm thick for doors & 3 mm thick for gland plates, totally enclosure protection class IP 42 of cubical construction, free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof, indoor, compartmentalised, including cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process, powder coated, painting, suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415v, 50 Hz AC system with Al.busbars extensible on both sides, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 nos. earth stud, control wiring with 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated copper conductor, cable alloys, cable gland plates in two half, interconnections including supply & installation of following items i/c providing & installation of suitable PLC as required and as per technical specification: (a) INCOMERS (i) 400A, FP, ≥50 kA, ( ICS= 100% ICU) MCCB with microprocessor release having over load and short circuit, earth fault, Rotary handel, spreader link,phase barriers etc.- 4 nos . (vi) Indication Lamps, LED type for R,Y,B and breaker 'ON' , 'OFF', 'TRIP' indications each with 2 Amp SP MCBs for protection.- 4 sets (vii) Intelligent multi function digital meter to read V,A,KVA, KW, KVAR, KWH, PF, Hz etc and LED display with 3 Nos CTs, 15 VA, class 1.0 and control circuit wiring with 2 Amp. (e) OUTGOINGS (i) 4 Nos. 200A, FP, 35 kA, ( ICS= 100% ICU) MCCB with Thermal Magnetic release having over load and short circuit, earth fault, Rotary handel, spreader link,phase barriers etc.. (ii) 2 Nos. 63A, FP, 25 kA, ( ICS= 100% ICU) MCCB with Thermal magnetic release having, over load and short circuit, Rotary handel, spreader link,phase barriers etc.. (iii) Flush pattern Digital Type Ammeter of suitable range (for each outgoing), for 3 phase 4 wire operation with LED display and selector switch with 3 numbers of class 1.0 accuracy, 15 VA burden & suitable range CTs.- 6 sets. B) COMPONENTS FOR AMF OPERATION OF DG SET - 02 SETS ( 1 SET FOR EACH DG SET) Each AMF section shall have the one set of following items: a) Relays, control contactors for neutral, Aux.Relays, Timers: i) 1 No. Microprocessor based AMF logic relay having UV and OV, Phase reversal, engine start relay ,engine cranking relay, Auto/Mannual/ test / service etc. ii) 1 Set of All other auxiliary relays, auxiliary / control contactors (12V/ 24V DC and 230V AC), timers, Three impulse unit , Master trip relay, etc of suitable rating and quantity as required to achieve AMF function as described in technical specifications. iii) 1 Set LED Indication lamps, Push buttons, window annunciation facia etc of required quantity as per technical specifications. iv) 1 No combined digital over current and earth fault relay b) Metering: i) 1 set of Digital AC Ammeter of suitable range with built-in selector switch, Cast Resin CTs & control MCBs ii) 1 set of Digital AC Voltmeter of suitable range with built-in selector switch & control MCBs iii) 1 no.Digital Frequency meter iv) 1 No.Digital Power factor meter v) 1 No. Digital DC Voltmeter vi) 1 No. Digital DC Ammeter c) Others i) 1 set of required quantity of suitable range and accuracy class of Cast Resin CTs for Metering & Protection ii) 1 set of required quantity and rating of HRC fuse/MCBs for control & protection circuits - 01 Set iii) 1 set of 24V DC battery charger comprising of transformer, rectifier unit & charge rate selector switch etc., - 01 Set. iv) 1 No. Hooter v) 1 Lot of Control wiring from DG set to AMF Panel vi) All other accessories & components required for proper operation of AMF logic and inter locking etc. Note- Ics = 100%Icu upto 430V for all MCCB. Supply of following sizes LT power cables of 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 Part I-1988 with upto date amendment as required. Size-i) 3.5C x 240 sq. mm.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. i) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. ii) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. i) 3½ X 240 sq. mm (62mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. ii) 3½ X 185 sq. mm (57mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. iii) 3½ X 50 sq. mm (35mm)

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. i) 3½ X 185 sq. mm

SH:3- Earthing

Earthing with G.l. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Dismantling of existing AME panel, Wall mounting panel of all types and sizes from its location i/c removal of cable termination, shifting and handing over to AAI store/dismantled yard upto a distance not more than 250 mtrs as directed by EIC.
