RCC Cantilever Retaining wall;Providing and constructing contraction joints by fixing 23 cm wide central bulb type PVC water stop in single line supported by 10 mm dia steel dowel rods on either side at 1 metre interval including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, valcunising joints etc., complete with all leads and lifts.

RCC Cantilever Retaining wall;Supply and placing of M 30 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using concrete mixer using of 20 mm HBG crushed metal 0.530 Cum (707 kg),. 10 mm HBG crushed metal, 0.362 Cum (471 kg) , sand 0.407 Cum (616 kg.) and cement 400 kg with water cement ratio of 0.45 ( 180.00 ltrs/ Cum of CC) etc., to site for cantiliver / counterfort retaining walls including cost of all materials,machinery, labour, formwork, scaffolding, cleaning, batching, mixing, placing in position,levelling, vibrating, finishing, curing etc., complete with initial lead upto 50 m and all lifts. (Cement content: 400 kg / cum with use of super plasticiser(0.4% by wt. of cement) Note : The design mix shall be got designed by furnishing the information required as per clause 19.1.1 &19.1.2 of IS 456-2000 by the contractor at his own cost and get approved from the competent authority before execution. The cement considered for above M30 grade concrete is 400 kg/Cum and the rate is arrived accordingly in the estimate. After the mix is designed and approved, if there is any variation in the quantity of cement, over the cement content adopted in the estimate, the same will be considered and paid/recovered at estimate rate ± T.P ( Either increase or decrease in quantity adopted in the estimate). Payment will not be made for variation in the quantity of other materials such as coarse & Fine aggregates.

RCC Cantilever Retaining wall;Providing homogeneous embankment with useful soil collected in excavated foundation including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as sorting out, spreading in layers of 25 cm before compaction, breaking clods, sectioning, watering and compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using 8T power roller etc., complete with lead upto 1 km .
