Scrafying the existing bituminous road surface to depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material with all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 305.4.3 MORTH complete for finished item of work

Providing and applying Primer coat (LOW POROSITY)with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface oif granualer base incluidng cleaning of road surface and spraying promer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 Kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 MORD (for use on Wet mix macadam & WBM) including o, but excluding GST and scignioarage charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded mix seal surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-B) aggregates as per Table 500-26 of MORTH and Table 500.15 of MORD using 60/70 penetration grade bitumen to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a hot mix plant of 40 to 60 tonnes per hour capacity, laying with paver finisher hydrostatic with sensor attachment and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity and finishing to required level and grade as per technical specification 512 MORTH and 509 MORD including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete for finished item of work.

Construction of Gravel shoulders with naturally occuring gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, by mixing by mix in place method with rotovator and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per MoRT&H Specification 401& 407 (4th revision) and 408 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.
