Construction of Brick Masonry  in CM(1:6) using  well burnt Bricks 2nd class or ground moulded (Non- modular or traditional size) (230 x 110 x 70 mm)including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution and complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting with TWO Coats Acrylic Emulsion paint- (External) over One Coat of Cement Primer (Total Three coats) Old walls of exterior grade-II with silicon ditives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of proved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Providing and applying wall putty of white cement or polymer or cement based putty of approved/standard make with average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2-3 hrs. sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work, excluding scaffolding charges - for internal and external walls for old work

Providing and fixing precast concrete blocks (interlocking pavers) using not lessthan M40 grade paver blocks and thickness not less than  80 mm for medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658-2006 of all shapes and designs as per the specification, over sand bed of 20 mm to 40 mm (30 mm average) thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tonne compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as interlocking pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required all materials for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution by the Engineer-in- charge of the work. Note: i. Thickness of interlocking pavers and underlaying sand bed shall be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road. The data can be worked out accordingly. i.e. 1.Cycle tracks and pedestrain footpaths, 2. Residential streets, 3. Industrial streets, bus and truck parkings areas and 4. Arterial streets, etc.ii. The base and sub-base over which interlocking pavers are to be laid shall also be as per the Table 1 of IRC SP:63-2004 based on the traffic and type of road/ground surfaces.

Providing and fixing false ceiling consisting of 600mmX600mm, Solid PVC insulation panels having wall thickness of 1mm thick plain PVC rigid foam sheet and EPS as defined in of desired thickness depending on insulation required shall be insert in a frame work made using anodized aluminium Tee section of sizes 1”X1” (25X25mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid sizes of 2’X2’ (600X600mm). The aluminium framework is supported from the ceiling with the help of G.I. hook and G.I. wire/6mm.M.S. rods of required sizes to maintain proper level etc. the aluminium framework is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 1”X1” (25X25mm) angles, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, manufacture’s specification & drawing

Flooring with Chequered cement concrete heavy duty tiles confirming to IS:13801 using aggregates, cement, pigments of size 300 X 300 x 25mm of any shades confirming to IS 1380-12013/IS 1237-2012 set over base coat of cement mortar (1:6) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sq.m & jointed with neat cement to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

Flooring with high polished granite slabs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kg per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply) - do - high polished granite 16 to 18 mm thick slabs up to 8'-00 (2.43 M) - Regular colours (other than black and Premium colours)

Finishing the sides of walls with Ist quality glazed wall tiles of red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 300 x 600 mm and thickness 6-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs approved colour and brands including pointing the joints with the same colour of cement by mixing the same colour pigment in white cement and over a bed of C.M.(1:3), 12 mm thick & Cement slurry of 33 Kg /10 sq.m shall be used for fixing bed tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials, curing, incidental charges etc., complete (No separate plastering shall be paid to the walls). (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the tiles against supply)

CUT STONE FLOORING 4" THICK : Supply and dressing with hard granite stone slabs for flooring from Mulbhagal quarry including cost and conveyance etc., complete with the following specifications. a) The size of the stone slab should not be less than 0.61mx 0.45m (2'-0"x1'-6"). b) The thickness of the stone slabs should not be less than 100mm ( 4") in all sides. c) The top of the slab should be dressed with the following dressings properly. d) All the sides of the slabs should be dressed with following dressing to a depth of 40mm (11/2") from top surface to suit proper alignment and jointing with side slabs. e) The slabs should be laid horizontally and jointed properly to alignment over sand bed (excluding cost of sand bed).cement mortar bed. f) The joint of the slab should not be more than 6mm (1/4" thick). g) The slabs should be jointed with C.M(1:3) and the mortar should not come over the slab for the above item the rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work including necessary labour charges, dressing, laying, jointing but excluding cost of sand for bed, the bed will be paid under relevent item. (Cement mortar of 0.005 Cum/ Sqm should be used for joints). -- with Three line dressing
