The contraction joint shall be cut as soon as the contract as undergone initial hardening and as hard enough to take the load of joint sawing machine without causing damage to the slab. The joint ceiling compound shall be hot poured bitumen type having flexibility, resistance to sage hardening and durability of the sealant shall be in accordance with BS 5212 (part-2) with all lead & lift including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete for 50mm depth
