Painting to old Iron works with 2 coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work for :- Painting to Iron work –Synthetic enamel paint to Old Iron work – 2 coats.

Plastering 20mm thick single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sad water etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and over heads & Contractors profit complete for finishged item of work for Basement. Septic tank - Outer.

Painting to walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primar grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for external walls for :- Plastic emulsion paint -3 Coats.

Progress Upto 2 Months - 100% of work should be completed in all respects.

Supply and fixing of three shutter fully panelled window of size 1.50x1.50m as per approved drawings with Sal wood frame of section 100mmx65mm and shutters with Sal wood style, and rails of size 75x35mm, 2ith 12mm thick plywood shutter including cost of alminium fixtures cost and fixing of iron grills and all labour charges for finishged item of work.

Granolithic Concrete Flooring 20mm thick with (1:1:2) using 6mm to 12mm size hard granite machine crushed metal laid over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, in alternate panels of size not exceeding 1.50m x 1.50m and finishing the top surface to required smoothness and slopes and thread lining including cost of all materials like cement, metal, sand and water and overheads & Contracgtors profit complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 701 & 710) Septic tank - Large tank bed & Small tank bed.

Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface of sump, sump side wall, sump bottom slab, in side of septic tank, in sunken slabs etc., to required sloipes with CM (1:3) Prop. using screened sand 12mm thick mixed with integral cement water proofing liquid conforming to IS: 2645-2003 manufactured by reputed manufactures as approved by Engineer-in-charge at 1 Kg. per one bag of cement laid over roof slab when it is green, finishged smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and thread lining at regular intervals of 45cm x 45cm where ever necessary including coat and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water proofing compoun d water etc., to site incluyding sales & Other taxes all materials and operation, icidenbtal,m and labour charges for mixing morar, laying, lift charges, renbdening smooth and thread lining curing including rounding off junctions of wall and slab ec., and over heads & contractors profit complete for finishged item of work (APSS No.901 & 903) Septic tank slab.

Brick masonry for super structure with CM (1:8) prop: (Cement : Screened sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 40 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504). for compound wall.

Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc. ,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No.126) Septic Tank Base Slab 250mm Thick & Slab 115mm thick.

Plan Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foudations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard, machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cos and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggreegate,m waer etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and over heads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

Earthwork excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings, septic tank, sump, compound wall in ordinary soils and depositin on bank with an initial nlead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting planking, structting etc., and overheads & contractors profiut complete for finished iem of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B (APSS 308) Septic Tank.

Supplying and fixing of door of size 1.05 x 2.25m as per approved drawings with Sal wood frame of section 100mmx75mm and ISI marked flush door shutter (Anand / Ravila / Kutty / Standard / Shudhdwar / ltp) of 30mm thick si bgle shutter with bond wood solid block board type core having cross bands and face veneers, hot pressed bonded with water proof Phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin factory made con forming to IS 2202-1991 (Part-l) both sides commercial ply with inter lipping on all sides.

Earthwork excavation for foundations (Manual Means) of buildings, septic tank, sump, compound wall in ordinary soils and depositin on bank with an initial nlead of 10m and depth up to 3m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting planking, structting etc., and overheads & contractors profiut complete for finished iem of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B (APSS 308).

Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete M 25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate - as per IS 383 - 1970 and IS 2386 Part 1 to Part 8) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and sales & other taxes on all materials , centering using Steel scaffolding pipes , jack props , wallers , Foot plates , brackets , steel centering plates etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, lifting of concrete manually, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) Septic Tank Slab 115mm thick.

Supply and fixing of window shutter to the already Existing windows frame including cost and conveyance of nall maerials to site such as 12mm thick plywood, 6 Nos 75, long P.C. hinges, 2 Nos. 75mm handle, 4 Nos. tower bolts with all necessary screws and nails and all labour charges for fixing in position etc., comp-lete for finished item of work.
