CLEANING OF THE SURFACE : For Waterproofing treatment If the surface is sound & hard condition, the surface must be clean and sound duly removing of existing treatments clean from dirt, dust and other contaminations by power grinding wire brushing, air blower & jet water cleaning.

SPECIALISED POLYURETHANE SEALANT TREATMENT TO THE TERRACE : a). Making “U” groove( width and depth of 6mm x 6mm) b) Filling of the groove with polyurethane sealant – ROOFEXSEAL PU (Armstrong ) /ZORISEAL PU (PMCC ) / WATERSHIELD PU 3 ( Watershield Technologies)

PROVIDING AND APPLYING HIGH BRID , HIGH PERFORMANCE, POLYURETHANE ELASTOMERIC FIVE LAYER WATERPROOFING TREATMENT WITH - RAINPROOF PUF / ZORICOAT PF / WATERSHIELD FPU (Armstrong / PMCC/ Watershield Technologies ) TO THE TERRACE : a). RAINPROOF PUF : 1st Layer -Providing and application of one coat of black coloured high bonding, highly durable polyurethane blended bituminous waterproof primer coating - RAINPROOF PUF 5 LAYEAR as a first coat application recommended to mix 50% of water and at a coverage of 5 Sqm / Ltr Per coat. b). RAINPROOF PUF : 2nd Layer -Providing and laying of polyester fibre mesh 40 GSM with 50mm overlap. c). RAINPROOF PUF : 3rd Layer -Providing and application of one coat of high performance grey coloured elastomeric fibre reinforced polyurethane blended rubberised coating - RAINPROOF PUF 5 LAYER SYSTEM mixing with 20% of water at a coverage of 4 Sqm / Ltr /Per coat. d). RAINPROOF PUF : 4th Layer -Providing and application of one coat of high performance white coloured elastomeric heat resistant insulator cum waterproof polyurethane coating - RAINPROOF PUF 5 LAYER SYSTEM mixing with 20% of water at a coverage of 4 Sqm / Ltr Per coat. e). RAINPROOF PUF : 5th Layer - Providing and application of one coat of high durable super white coloured elastomeric heat resistant insulator cum waterproof polyurethane coating - RAINPROOF PUF 5 LAYER SYSTEM mixing with 20% of water at a coverage of 4 Sqm / Ltr Per coat.
