Manufacture, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of 1000 liters per hour water treatment plant (De-flouride plant) with Reverse Osmosis Technology including packing, transportation, installation, testing as per DIS standards and all other incidental charges, as per ISI standard specifications for obtaining quality of treated water as per BIS standards for drinking water in all aspects including cost and conveyance to site of RO & UV Plant, raw water tank, product water tank (steel tank), pump sets and its accessories, inlet and out let connections where ever necessary, plumbing, electrical connections, attending repairs and defects during warranty period of one year, inclussive of all taxes and VAT etc., complete., for finished item of work but excluding construction of shelter. The plant should be maintained for one month and to be handed over to Gram Panchayat.

Painting to new walls with two coats of acrylic interior emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making three coats in all to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete., for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Internal walls (APSS No: 912) For Outside

Cement concrete (1:4:8 ) using 40 mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges centering curing etc.,complete including over heads & contractors profit @13.615%. - for CC Bed

Plastering with C.M. (1:5) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, scaffolding charges, curing and all labour charges etc., complete., (IC 6-3)

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH but excluding GST as per standard specification and contractors profit at 13.615%.

RR Masonry in CM (1:8) including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges including scaffolding, curing charges etc., complete for foundation and basement. (IC 4-9)
