Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall;Supply , Delivey and Fixing of RCC Precast Door Frame of Size 100x100 with 30mm thick solid block board flush door shutters including cost of wooden reapers, butt hinges, Tower bolts, Aldrops and all other wind appliances etc. complete for finished item of Work (Note: The Design of Frame shall be approved by Dept. before Delivery)

Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall;Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH using filling Sand

Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall;Painting with Plastic emulsion paint Grade-I to given an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of losse powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS.Two coats -Plastered Surface.

Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall;Supply , Delivey and Fixing of RCC Precast Window Frame of Size 80x80 mm with designer Grill prefixed and 25 mm thick solid block board flush door shutters including cost of wooden reapers, butt hinges, Tower bolts, Handles and all other wind appliance ( Note: The Frame and design of Grill shall be approved by Dept. before Delivery)

Construction of Multipurpose Community Hall;Augoring and boring of holes in site for Bored cast-in-situ R.C.C. Piles for building foundations in loamy, clayey soils like Black cotton soils and ordinary soils without under reams as per IS 2911 - 1980 including all operations, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of machinery, augur bore drill and shell equipment, etc, complete for all depths and for finished item of work for piles.
