Construction of unreinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, Plain cement concrete pavement , thickness as per design, over a prepared subbase , with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 ( grade), coarse and fine aggregates, maximum in a concrete mixture of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work ( steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron polythene film wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing ) Spreading the concrete with shelves, racks compacted using needle sceared and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion , construction joints, applying debonding strips primer , sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, add mixtures as approved curing for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501 MORD, RVR - CCPV-5

Collection, supply and spreading of good red gravel from appoved quarry and filling the same on the proposed road sholder surface and ramming with hand roller and all labour charges, seigniorage charges and other incidental charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer incharge of the work
