C.C. SURFACE ROAD;Conveyance charges for 1 to 2km machinery per 3km for transportation of tipper & truck excluding complete etc., as per Directed by the Departmental Authorities.

C.C. SURFACE ROAD;Collection and supply of Quarry dust from yeleswaram quarry and stacking at site of work for premeasurements and spreading quarry dust irrespective of thickness, sectioning, levelling, watering and consolidation with HRR, including seigniorage charges, cost and conveyance to work spot of all materials and all and all labour charges for sectioning, tamping, ramming, watering etc. complete as per standard specifications.

C.C. SURFACE ROAD;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), cement component not less than 400kgs/cum coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying deboning strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

SURFACE ROAD;VDF (Vacuum Dewatered Flooring) cutting is done using the scaibrator is run twice to achieve optimum compaction and leveling, the vibrated surface is then leveled using a straight edge, after this system of lower mats and top mat is laid on the green concrete and this is attached to vacuum pump, this draws out surplus water if any the concrete is left to stiffen the concrete is then further compacted and leveled using power floater followed by finishing as per the requirement using power trowel of adequate capacity, the rate is not inclusive of pin vibration of the concrete and including all operational, incidental labour charges etc., complete for Finished Item of Work.

C.C. SURFACE ROAD;Supply and fixing C.C (pre casted) not less than M30 strength ,C.C kerbs of size 600X420X110mm thick with bottom thickness of 110mm up to height of 370mm and top width of 60mm thick chamfering at starts at 370mm height to 420mm (As per Drawing) can be laid existing C.C Bed jointing with C.M(1:3) including cost and conveyance of all materials & labour charges including transportation etc., complete for finished item of work.

C.C. SURFACE ROAD;Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: Fine Aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using course aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including coat and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site including cost and conveyance of all the materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying, concrete in foundations and under flooring bed of 0.10 Mts. layer ramming finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.

C.C. SURFACE ROAD;Painting to walls with one coat of primer and two coats of exterior emulsion paint of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for External walls.
