Providing CC Road;Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification (5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing CC Road;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Unit = cum. including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc,Complete.

Providing CC Road;Supply of 25mm thick high performance expansion joint filler board (SILFLEXCAPCELLHD-100 or equivalent make),placing the same 25mm below top of pavement slab sealing with bituminous hot sealing compound (Grade-A-ISI) polysulphudiet 50mm interval in CC.Pavement incl.cost and conveyance of all materials but excl.labour charges for placing in position,for expansion joints confirmig to MORTH Specification 602-1Rmt of joint length

Providing CC Road;Supply of Bituminous compound(Grade.A ISI) polysulphide and sealing the joints including cost and con of all materials etc but excluding labour charges for placing in position for contraction joints at 4.50mts interval/for longitudinal joints as per MORTH

Providing CC Road;Conveyance of excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 2 KM including initial lead including loading, unloading etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing CC Road;Providing Air compressor 7cmm (diesal) Hire basis for removing the ramps, road and culvert slabs in site including all charges etc.complete as directed by department

Providing CC Road;Supply and Delivery of Gravel from approve quarry including cost and convayence of all materials and labour chargs staking at site to dept.guage including sectioning sperading watering etc complete

Providing CC Road;Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick (M-164 common SSR) ncluding cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complate as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing CC Road;Manufacture as per BIS:12592 (Part 1&2) Supply & Delivery of Manhole Covers and Frames of H.D.-35 with 560mm dia clear opening with ISI marking anywhere in A.P., F.O.R. destination including, loading, unloading & stacking at site but excluding central excise duty, sales tax, octroi and other Government levies etc., as applicable.

Providing CC Road;VCC vertical walls of plane surface (rate is for both sides centering) including open drains including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing CC Road;Supply and Placing of the RCC M20 (Design Mix) concrete corresponding to IS 456 using weigh batcher / mixer 20mm & 10mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggrregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Providing CC Road;Supply and delivery fabrication and fixing in position of MS screens using U shape with 150 x 80 x 6mm channel and alround screen with 80 x 80 x 6mm angles and screens with 50 x 6mm MS flat including cost and conveyance of all materials and paintings two coats with synthetic enamil paint etc. complete as direct by the dept. authorities
