NA;Supply and Delivery Laying Sand Bags in the stipulated places including cost of empty cement bag, sand, thread, stiching charges and labour charges with 13.615 % overhead charges and contractors profits. (sand rate for filling is considered) Note: During the emergency conditions such as floods and other natural calamities, the above rate is allowed to enhance by 25% for 1st warning level and above, keeping in view of the difficulty in availability of labour and vehicles.

NA;Dewatering by using with 5.00 HP motor and pumpsets including hire charges of Engine Motor and pumpset and section pipes and operating charges, helper wages, including fuel charges and all operational and incidential charges etc. complete as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Earth work for Ordinary Soil excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 0.50Mtrs. Dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD/ 304 MORTH VP No. 484.

NA;Carting away of excavated earth / debries to a lead of 2KM (the rate including conveyance charges, labour charges for loading, unloading charges) including ideal hire charges of truck etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Authorities of the work.

NA;Providing Sand Filling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH Including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc. complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402).

NA;Providing Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) mix, Grade M10 ( Cement :Fine Aggregate: Corse aggregate) using coarse aggregate 20mm size hard machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges fo machine mixing ,laying, Concrete, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing for 14 days etc. complete for finished item of work as per S.S and as directed by the Departmental Authorities (with out Form work).

NA;Plain / Reinforced Concrete in Substructure complete as per drawings and Technical Specifications for height upto 5M. P.C.C. (1:3:6) mix, nominal mix using 2/3% 40mm and 1/3% 20mm metal fom approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all charges for machine mixing, laying Concrete, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing for 14 days etc. complete for finished item of work as per S.S and as directed by the Departmental Authorities.

NA;Providing Plastering with CM (1:4), 12mm thick single coat in CM including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc. to site including all operational, incidential charges on materials and cost of all labour charges for mixing motor, finishing, curing as directed by engineer-in-charge etc. complete for finished item of work (SS 901, 903 & 904)

NA;Providing RCC Grade M20 (nominal mix) for using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but including centering, shuttering including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer culvert slabs & bed blocks with form work including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer. (Culvert Slabs & Bed Blocks)

NA;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including steel and other taxes on all materials etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

NA;Providing Plain Cement Concrete Nominal Mix (1:2:4) using using 20mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Approaches etc. (for Mechanical Mixer)

NA;Manufactureing, Supply and Delivery of M S Man hole providing fabricatedvarious size including cost and conveyance c utting, welding, floor drilling holes and fixing with all incidential and operational charges and fabrication charges, welding charges with all labour charges etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the site engineer.
