Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Construction of un-reinforced, Plain Cement Concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base as per Clause 1501.2.2 M20 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not less than 25mm and cement content in the mix to be not less than 330 kg/cum (OPC) with minimum water cement ratio of 0.45, mixed in a concrete mixer and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates, including levelling the formwork as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed & plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and construction joints applying debonding strips, primer, bituminous sealant, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.2.2 including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, hire charges of machines etc., complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge for CC pavement etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Construction of Granular sub-base and foriming shoulders using gravel from approved borrow area including cost and conveyance of all materials, breaking clods, sectioning, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Providing shoulders using gravel from approved borrow area in layers of 25 to 30 cm before compaction including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as compacting to density control of not less than 90 percent or as stipulated using 2T roller etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm thickness by mechanical means in area of light jungle etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.

Providing Internal CC Pavement in Durgasamudram and Achanna indlu in Durgasamudram GP of Tirupati Ru;Scarifying the existing Earth surface to a depth of 50 mm by Mechanical means and disposal of scarified material with all leads and lifts upto 1000 Mtrs as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specn. No.305.4.3 and complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge complying with all standard specifications.
