Brick masonry 230 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using Bricks second class or ground moulded (Non-Modular or traditional size) 23 x 11 x 7 cm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of excluding seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Brick Masonry in CM 1:8 (Country)

Plastering 20 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer - in - charge etc., complete for Internal & Even faces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces for finished item of work. (SS 901,903 & 904) for:-Plastering 2/c in CM (1:4) & (1:6): 12 mm

Supply and fixing C.C. (Pre casted) not less than M30 strength, C.C. Kerbs of size 500 X 400 X 100 mm thick with bottom thickness of 110 mm upto height of 350 mm and top width of 60 mm thick chamfering at starts at 350 mm height to 400 mm (As per drawing) can be laid existing CC Bed jointing with C.M(1:3) including cost and conveyance of all material & labour charges including transportation complete for finished item of work(APUG&BC)

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements using CC M 35 having thickness 60mm for Medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer's specification of approved shade design with colour pigmentation on top with imported colours etc., laid over a sand bed of 50mm thick using 12mm& down size HBG crushed metal for manufacture of blocks - approved by the department and of approved size & shape of dumbell, zigzag, I-block or any other shape approved by the department., over sand bed of 50 mm average thickness and compacting with vibrating plate compactor having 3 tone compaction force there by forcing part of sand underneath to come up in between joints. final compaction of paver surface to be done after spreading and brushing the fine sand into joints to its final level. The work includes cost of all materials such as cobble stone. inter lock pavers, sand etc., Labour and equipments such as cutting machine, lift, loading & unloading to work site clearing, bringing required for the successful completion of work as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 MORD and as directed during execution (RBR-CCPV-13-II) P.No: 421

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. (Exterior) of approved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade I making making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 912 for walls Plastic emulsion paint - 2 Coats + 1 coat primer

Providing & Fixing of M.s Structural steel including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications.

Providing Hot dipped Galvanised Iron Chain linkmesh 8 gauge- (4.0 mm) as per IS:2721-1979:3"x3"(76mmx76mm)-8Gauge complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved color and brand two coats over primary coat total 3 coats) to the new Iron work, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges etc.., complete

Supplying and Laying of SWR PVC pipes (Prince/Sudhakar/Kisan/Supreme or any ISI brand) 4 Kgf/Sq.cm fixing with PVC clamps if necessary with required number of Bombay nails including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work at all floor levels.
