Maintenance of Structures;DISMANTLING clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse - Old cement mortar plaster

Maintenance of Structures;Plastering 20 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Maintenance of Structures;Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:3) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Maintenance of Structures;Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD/MORTH- By Manual Means Cement Concrete M15 M20

Maintenance of Structures;Flooring with Nano polished /stain free soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed of size 600 x 600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs , set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles etc., and including all operational incidental charges and all labour charges etc., complete, but excluding seigniorage charges, for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Maintenance of Structures;Supplying and fixing of false ceiling using Plaster of paris Boards 12 mm thick with standard GI ceiling angles, sections perimeter channels including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Maintenance of Structures;Dadooing to walls with glazed red or white full body ceramic wall tiles of size 200 x 300 mm / 245 mm x 325 mm and thickness 6 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, set over base coat of CM (1:5) 12 mm thick with neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., and including all operational incidental charges and all labour charges etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, on materials,complete as per drawing and technical specifications for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Maintenance of Structures;Plain Cement concrete (M 20) Nominal Mix using 20mm metal using concrete mixer: PCC M20 Nominal Mix (Cement:Fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials for finished item of work, but excluding Centering Scaffolding, Shuttering

Maintenance of Structures;Providing impervious coat to exposed RCC roof slab surface with CM(1:3), 20mm thick with 1kg of water proof compound per bag of cement laid over roof when it is green including cost of all materials, seigniorage charges, excluding conveyance charges of materials and including all operational, incidental and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc, complete for finished item of work all materials and operational, incidental, and labour charges for mixing mortar, laying, lift charges, rendering smooth and thread lining, curing, rounding off junctions of wall and slab etc., but excluding seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Maintenance of Structures;Providing and applying synthetic plaster putty or plaster of paris putty or lime punning of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by putty knife / muslin pad, air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-In-Charge for Internal walls

Maintenance of Structures;Painting:-2) Exterior walls are painted with one coast of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint .

Maintenance of Structures;Flooring with Non-skid red or white full body Ceramic floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm and thickness between 7-8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs, set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles etc., and including all operational incidental charges and all labour charges etc., complete, but excluding seigniorage charges, for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Maintenance of Structures;SF HYSD bars (Lap splicing) - Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different d iameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for rein forcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)
