Repairs and Renovation to existing old office building and conversion into seed godown at ARS, Rekul;Providing and making grouting 14 mm dia drilling hole by using drilling hammer machine in RCC slab upto 75mm long and the same fiming with 10mm dia rubber tube with a length of 150mm long and fixing it with renderoc plug (powder) and left for 3-4 hours for drying and preparation chemical mixer with cement 150 kgs, SBR latex (liquied) 1.5 ltrs, Nitto bond- bonding agent (liquid) 1.50 litres, cebex -1.00 kg (powder) mixed in cement slurry and this chemical mixture is pumped through the rubber (nozzles) already fixed to the holes by pumping machine into the RCC slab of damaged area and after 12 hours or on the next day removing the rubber tube by covering and filling the hole with renderoc plug (powder) including cost and conveyance of all materials chemicals and labour charges and hire charges of grouting machine, drilling machine and 7" feet height stand and finished item of work. (observed data for - 50 Nos of grouting holes)

Profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25 x 3 mm butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anticapillary groove. cost and conveyance of all materials and complete for finished item of work.

Repairs and Renovation to existing old office building and conversion into seed godown at ARS, Rekul;Providing painting to old walls with acrylic emulsion paint 2 coats of approved brand & shade over a coat of primer grade II making total 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, with neat finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
