Repairs and Renovation to the old existing dining hall of Boys hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittor Dis;Crack filling: Supply and Application of FOSROC RENDROC C.S cementitious crack sealer along with FOSROC Nitobond AR & Fosroc Nitobond SBR latex make where as identified crack cutting with angle rinder 4mmx4mm cleaning with air blower crack with crack x paste including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete.

Repairs and Renovation to the old existing dining hall of Boys hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittor Dis;Flooring with non-skid red or white ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300mm and thickness between 7-8mm 1st quality confirming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs set over a base of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick and filling the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles over a bed of C. C. or R.C.C. slab, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, ceramic tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) and including all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer-in-charge curing etc.,and complete for finished item of work.

Repairs and Renovation to the old existing dining hall of Boys hostel at SVAC, Tirupati, Chittor Dis;Flooring with vitrified tiles of double charged/multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 600X600mm and thickness between 8 to 10mm 1st quality confirming to IS:13711,IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades and designs with borders and design as per the approved flooring pattern as derected by the Engineer-in-Charge, set over a base cot of cement mortar (1:8) prop., 12mm thick using screen sand of CC or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cement etc., to site(excluding cost of CC bed) cost of excluding seigniorage on all materials including cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of Cement Mortor, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer-in-charge curing etc., complete for finished item of work.
