The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have 3 years of experience in manufacturing and supplying same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. 2. Past Performance: The bidder needs to submit copies of relevant contracts to support having supplied some quantity during each of the Financial years, with a weightage of 30% given to past performance. The values given for Eligibility requirements are: - Experience Criteria: 3 years - Past Performance: 30% weightage Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made. - Certificate from a statutory auditor or cost auditor (for companies) or a practicing cost accountant or chartered accountant (for non-companies) for local content percentage. - Udyam Registration and online validation through the Udyam Registration portal for MSEs to avail purchase preference.
