Providing and fixing Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500or more for RCC works including cutting , bending binding and placing in position . Cost of steel, cost of G.I binding wire, cost of transportation charges of all materials to worksite , all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing and laying RCC 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement, 1.5 Pulvarised Stone Sand and 3 Stone Chips 20mm nominal size) works as directed by the EIC, including cost of cement (OPC Gr-43, IS 8112:1989), Pulvarised Stone Sand and and stone chips from the approved quarry at Panchawati, screening and washing of both the aggregate mixing of concrerte , conveying and placing the same consolidation and curing , cost of all other materials , hire charges of mixer machine , vibrator , transportation charges of all materials to work site , all labour charges , cost of minor tools etc. complete. Providing wood work ( Superior Hardwood Cat-II) in frames of Doors , windows , clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position , including cost of materias , labour charges , transportation charges of all materials to worksite , and cost of minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Removing and disposing of night soil from Inspection Chamber by manually including removing and reflexing of cover slab , cleaning and blockages in sewage pipes and removing of night soil and soaked earth from surronding ara of the inspection chamber and disposing the remopved materials at a distance of 500 mts from the inspection chamber inclduig cost of kerosene , phinol , soap all labour charges , minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preperation, First Layer of Slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with water proofing cement Compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) Laying second layer of fiber glass cloth when the first layer still green. Overlaps of joints of fiber cloth sholud not be less than10cm. c) Third layer of 1.5mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) Fourth and Final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid seperately. For The purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured).

Providing form work including centering shuttering so as to give rough finish strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floors to ceiling not exceeding 4m and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced cement concrete and plain cement concrete works, including cost of marine plywood 19mm thick and timber battens (Cat-II), transportation charges of all materials to worksite, all labour charges, cost of minor tools etc., complete. Demolishing cement conrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer -in-charge,including transportation charges of all materials to work site,all labour charges and cost of minor tools etc complete.The rate is inclusive of Consumable items and GST.

Providing and Laying Tarfelt Sheet of 12mm thick to stop the leakage as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of material , cost of labour charges , transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.

Providing two coats with Exterior /Interior Emulsion paint including one coat of cement based primer , preparation of surface etc. ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre /10 sqm and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 Kg/10 Sqm), including cost of paint, scaffolding arrangements, all meterials , labour charges , transportation charges of all materials to work site and cost of minor tools etc. complete. The rate is inclusive of all consumable items and GST.
