R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 for slabs excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24) B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item.

Providing and laying of 80mm Interlocking concrete block pavement laid in stone dust base and fill joint with fine sand, Joint filled after labling and dressing base including supply of all material, labour, T&P etc required for prper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Earth work in excavation by mechincal means (Hydraulic excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50 m.including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the all kinds of soil.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses builts up gates, door frames, record racks, roof work, gates etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary and also including supply of steel, bolts, nuts etc. & their fixing required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Granite (gang saw cut), mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished. machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1) cement: 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels.( Slab area above 0.5 Sq.m)

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Polished Granite stone slab colour of Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting Graded Stone Aggregateto Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/ base course on well preapared surface and compacting with Vibratory Roller to achieve desired density and also supply of all material labour and T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and injecting chemical for pro- constructional anti-termite treatment and creating and chemical barrier under and around the coloumn pits wall tronches basement excavation top surface If plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external per meter of binding expansion Joints surrounding of pipes and conduit etc, complete (plinth) area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per L.S 6313(part 2013) IMIDACLOPRID SC 30.5 concentrate or any other approved material such as Hepthachlor of Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical omulsion shall be as follows. :- 1) Treatment for masonry and foundation 5 liters per Sq.m 2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters per Sq.m 3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters per Sq.m 4) Treatment of soil along external per meter of Building 7.50 liters per Sq.m 5) Treatment of soil under apron along external per meter 5 liters per Sq.m

(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work binding wire cost being included in the item.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectura drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.
