(vi) Sse-55 (all Ac Items) To Hand Over To Concern Stock Holder With Clear Acknowledgement. The Delivery Of Cut Pieces Of Last 10 Percent Of Lot Size (subject To Minimum Of 01 No. Rolling Stock) Will Commence Only When All Excluded Fittings Arisen Out Of Sold Lot Has Been Successfully Handed Over To Custodian. The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For Any Damage/fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Operation And Delivery. And The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible Of Any Loss Applied ( Railway Employee Or Any Other Person) Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling /cutting, Of The Coaches, Transportation Loading And Unloading Of All Excluded Fittings Of The Coaches . Including Wheel Sets And Trolleys.
