Purchaser Will Demolish And Clear Up To Ground Level Only. While Dismantling Explosive Should Not Be Used. All The Debris, Unserviceable Materials To Be Cleared From Site To Outside Railway Land By The Purchaser. (2) Purchaser Will Not Demolish Water Supply Pipe Line And Electrical Post In The Form Of Pipe Or Rail And The Same Are Not Offered For Auction.
