III _ Details of machinery available with the bidder in Statement no.IV with the original scan documents _ Details of technical personnel with the bidder in Statement no. V with educational certificates _ All the above mentioned documents shall have to be submitted in the given folder online with all the documents digitally signed along with B1. _All the necessary documents mentioned in tender documents. _ If the above documents are not submitted then the bid will be rejected. B. Contents of Envelope 2 (Financial Bid): The Contractor should fill the percentage (%) in B-1 form in figures and words. No other document should be submitted in envelope 2. Also Bidder has to submit the Performance Security DD as per 12/2/16 GR of Gov of Maharashtra in the Name of Sarpanch/Sachiv, Gram Panchayat Sunderkhed if the bidder quoted below 1%. If the bidder quoted from 1 to 10% then h has to submit the PS DD of 1% of Tender Value.For more details kindly go through the 12/2/16 GR of Gov of Maharashtra.Upto 0.99 % below no need to submit DD. Performance Security DD must be submitted in next 5 days after bid submission.
