44 NOTICE INVITING BID (2ND CALL) CIDCO of Maharashtra Limited through the process of e-tendering invites “ON LINE”item rate percentage bids from the reputed experienced prospective bidders fulfilling the mandatory eligibility criteria, registered with CIDCO Ltd. or with Maharashtra State PWD, CPWD or state & Central Government undertaking in appropriate class & category, who have completed similar nature work like Integrated works comprising of road, Water supply & Sewer line etc.for the work mentioned below: Sr. No. Description Details 1. Name of Work Integrated development of Residential plots at Shivaji Nagar, Survey No. 124/1 & Construction of Concrete Pathway at various pockets in CIDCO, New Aurangabad. (2nd Call) 2. C.A. No. 07/CIDCO/SE(NT)/EE(AUR-II)/2018-19 3. Cost put to the Bid Rs.1,41,41,252.21 (Biddable Part : Rs.1,35,37,072.62) (Non-Biddable Part : Rs.6,04,179.59) 4. E.M.D. Rs.1,41,500.00/- 5. Registration Class Class – IV& above 6. Completion Period 12 (Twelve) Months (including monsoon) 7. Cost of Blank Bid Document Rs.7350/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty only) (Inclusive of 5% GST) (Non refundable) MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 1) Forqualification, “On-Line” submission shall be accompanied by attested copies of i) Registration in appropriate class & Category ii) Good & Service Tax (GST) Registration Certificate / GST No. iii) Valid Solvency Certificate of minimum of `.15.00 Lakhs issued withintwelve (12) months before the date of handover the prepareddocuments iv) Income Tax Permanent Account Number v) List of technical staff, list of plant, machinery and equipments, 55 vi) List of works &its magnitude, executed in last Five years along with workcompletion certificates. vii) List of works in hand viii) EPF & E.S.I.C Registration 2) The Bidder should have experience of similar type and nature of works completed during the last 5 years. 50% valuation will be considered in case of works completion certificate issued by organizations other than Govt. / Govt. undertaking agencies. 3) Joint Venture/Consortiums are not permitted. NOTES: 1) For qualification, on-line submission shall be accompanied by attested copies of Registration, valid Bank solvency certificate of minimum of Rs.15.00Lakhs, Good & Service Tax (GST) Registration Certificate / GST No., Income Tax Permanent Account No., list of technical staff, list of plant, machinery and equipments, list of works & it’s magnitude, executed in last Five years along with work completion certificates, list of works in hand. The applicant should also produce original documents for verification if called for. Failure to attach requisite documents with application will render applicant not eligible for qualification of bid without any intimation. 2) In case of damaged documents / non openable documents / relevant balance documents of already uploaded documents not found after opening of technical bids then the hard copies of that documents shall be accepted subjected to such documents shall be possess by the bidder before the date of e-hand over of prepared documents. 3) CIDCO reserves right to reject any or all Bids without assigning any reason and the same shall be at the entire discretion of CIDCO. CIDCO’s decision in this respect shall be final and binding. 4) Conditional Bidsshall be summarily rejected. 5) Bidder will not be eligible to participate for bidding, if i) The bidder is deemed by law unable to pay his debts as they fall due, or enters into voluntary or involuntary bankruptcy, liquidation or dissolution (other than a voluntary liquidation for the purpose of amalgamation or 66 reconstruction), or becomes insolvent, or makes an arrangements with, or assignment in favour of, his creditors, or agree to carry out the bidding under a committee of inspection of his creditors, or if a receiver, administrator, trustee or liquidator is appointed over an
