Delivery Should Commence From West Side Of North Bay Pick And Choosing Will Not Be Allowed. Delivery Witnessing Official Will Ensure The Same. 3. Safety Of Purchaser Staff And Railway Property: Purchaser Will Arrange To Provide Safety Gears To His Engaged Worker And Abide By All Relevant Regulations. Any Injury /death / Accident Caused During Delivery Of Scrap Will Be On Purchaser's Account. No Railway Property Shall Be Damaged In Course Of Delivery. If Any Damage Is Sustained To Railway Property, Proportionate Loss Value Will Be Recovered From Purchaser. 4. At The Time Of Loading The Stock Holder Concerned Reserves Himself The Right To Determine How Near To A Lot Purchaser¿s Vehicles May Be Parked For The Purpose Of Loading; Purchaser Must Ascertain This At The Time Of Inspection Of Materials. 6. The Purchaser Will Solely Be Responsible For The Payment Of Any Compensation For Injury Or Death Caused To The Labor Employed By Him For Cutting/loading/removal Etc. Of The Purchases In Accordance With The Govt. Laws. The Railway Administration Will Have Nothing To Do In This Concern. The Contractor Shall Be Liable For All Material Or Works Spoiled Or Damaged By His Men And He Shall Pay The Cost Of Any Damage Done To The Property Of The Railway Administration While Performing This Contract And He Shall Personally Be Responsible For Any Unsatisfactory Work Or Any Detention Caused To The Railway Works Or To Train, Through The Negligence Of His Men For Which He Will Accept Any Penalty That May Be Inflicted By The Railway Administration. 7.
