The Purchaser Will Be Responsible For Any Damage/fire Accident To The Railway Property Caused During Operation And Delivery, And Also He Will Be Solely Responsible Of Any Loss Applied (railway Employee Or Any Other Person) Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling /cutting, Transportation Loading And Unloading Of All Excluded Fittings Of The Wagons. Including Wheel Sets And Trolleys. Nb: (3) Delivery Will Be Given In Numbers.
