The last column of percentage of discount is only for the purpose of ascertaining the exact percentage of GST applicable and for the purpose of claiming Input Tax Credit and has nothing to do with the percentage of discount offered by the tenderer. 2) The current MRP of various brands of Juices in Can/Tetra Packs for which percentage discount on MRP including GST has been offered will not be allowed to be revised before six months after the allotment of contract. 3) The tenderer shall upload the tender and related information including rates strictly as per the description of items, specifications and packing as mentioned in the tender document.
