Details: Description:- (a) Professional Housekeeping Of All Offices And Other Buildings And Premises And All area Including Orh & Subordinate Rest House,cpm Office Campus (new And Old Cpm Building) including Dy Cee/c Campus Specified In The Additional Special Conditions By Providing Manpower comprisingof Atleast 5 Personnel For Cleaning Including Vacuum Cleaning, Sweeping, Mopping, dusting Of Interiors And Exteriors Of All Office Buildings And Office Chambers Including Floors, Walls, ceilings, Doors And Windows, Corridors, Staircases, Passages, Wash Basins, Toilets, Railings, Fixtures and Fittings, Lights, Fans, Gates, Parking Area, Common Area Etc. Complete Strictly At Specified Timings andfrequenciesasspecifiedintheadditionalspecialconditionsbyemployingalltheinputs, procedure,equipment,tools,cleaningagents,liquidsoap,phenoil,naphthaleneballsetc.as mentioned In The Additional Special Conditions Of The Contract As Directed By The Engineer-in-charge or His Representative. Contractor To Provide Overcoat Dark Blue And Shoes To The Staff Deputed For The work Notes (i) Labour Laws And Minimum Wages As Circulated By The Ministry Of Labour Should Be followed And Payment To The Personnel Shall Be Made Accordily By Contractor. (ii) The Contractor Shall ensure To Maintain Adequate Number Of Manpower At All Times And Also Maintain A Pool Of Suitable standbymanpowerfordeployementincaseofrestandrelieftothedeployedmanpower(iii) contractor Has To Provide Two Set Of Uniform Prescribed Per Year Along With Photo Identity Card And name Badge Without Fail. Note; Non-deployment Of Minimum Personnel Will Lead To Penalty As Per terms And Conditions. Professional Housekeeping Of All Area Of Orh & Subordinate Rest House Of area 600 Sqm( 2 Times A Day ). Payment Will Be Made For 600 Sqm/day Based On Actual Work Done.
