Description: Public tender Vob/a carpentry and roofing work The construction project at hand involves renovation and repair work on an existing building. The structure was built around 15 years ago, predominantly as a timber structure. All of the services described below relate to existing timber structures. The single-storey building has a slightly pitched gable roof and slightly slanted external walls; see also the attached plans. The roof sealing is designed as a foil roof, and the external walls are covered with a thermal insulation composite system. The existing roof drainage is via an inserted gutter, the downpipe connections to which were incorrectly manufactured. As a result, over the last few years rainwater has penetrated the wall structures in an uncontrolled manner and has led to the destruction of the wall structure. The service package described below includes the dismantling and reconstruction of these damaged components. In some cases, dismantling work was already carried out on site in advance, e.g. the demolition of the WDVSS, for more details see Lv. The building is used as a youth and cultural center, including currently, so the construction work must be carried out while operations are ongoing.
