Description: The subject of this public contract is the construction modifications of an existing house with a care service. The apartment building was built as a two-storey building with apartments on the first floor accessible from the gallery. The building contained 7 residential units. As part of the change of use, the following construction modifications will be carried out: On the 1st floor, a new residential unit No. 8 will be built from the existing space for the caretaker. The door to room No. 123 and the window to room No. 124 will be demolished. These openings will then be bricked up.
