The housing association of the city of Wittenberge GmbH intends to demolish the building fabric of the residential buildings "Kurze Straße 2 and 3" including deep rubble removal, to carry out hazardous substance remediation, as well as to fill the excavation pits and sow grass. The buildings to be demolished are three-storey masonry buildings each measuring approx. 13.0 MX 10.00 MX 10.50 m (14.00 m ridge), courtyard-side bay windows each measuring 3.50 MX 3.60 MX 10.50 m, as well as single-storey courtyard buildings measuring 5.80 MX 4.50 MX 3.00 m and 15.00 MX 4.00 MX 4.50 m. The total converted space is approx. 4,365 m3. To fill the excavation pit, a total of 500 m3 of fill soil in accordance with installation class Rc-1 according to Ebv is required. Topsoil is installed in a layer thickness of 20 cm, 120 m3 of topsoil is required here. Finally, grass is sown on 600 m2.
