The building is on a slope with the basement protruding from the ground on three sides. The building borders on public traffic routes on two sides. One long side and one gable side. The windows in the building are 4-wing box windows with wooden bars. The 4-wing windows on the inside do not have bars. The windows on the second floor are lower than the windows on the ground floor and the first floor. The windows in the basement are also smaller and are not box windows. All windows are to be removed and replaced with new windows, without intermediate windows, in accordance with the requirements of the monument protection and based on the submission of a sample window. The sample window has already been installed and can also be inspected in advance.
