The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - For Civil Engineer: B.E Civil + 5 years of experience - For Site Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil + 5 years of experience - For Site Engineer (Elect): B.E Electrical + 5 years of experience - For Quality Control Engineer: B.E Civil + 3 years of experience or Diploma Civil + 5 years of experience The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with information on the name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed. The bidder must have carried out a single work of similar nature of work for 80% of Work Value in any one year of the last five years. Additionally, the annual turnover must not be less than 40% of Work value only. The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of 40% in civil engineering construction works. They must have satisfactorily completed works of: - Single work: 80% of contract value, - Double works: 50% of contract value (each work), - Triple works: 40% of contract value (each work), as a prime contractor, with at least one single similar work of value not less than 80% of the work value in any one year of the last five years. The bidder should have completed works with a value of at least the amount indicated in Appendix-I, and should have a minimum average annual turnover of the amount specified in Appendix-I, over the last five years. The bidder should have liquid assets and credit facilities of not less than the amount indicated in Appendix-I. The bidder's available bid capacity should be more than the total bid value, calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The estimated amount of the contract is Rs. 75,60,00,000.00 (Rupees Seventy-five crore sixty lakh). The bidder should provide information on the proposed methodology and program of construction, backed with equipment planning and deployment, duly supported with broad calculations and quality control procedures proposed to be adopted, justifying their capability of execution and completion of the work as per technical specifications within the stipulated period of completion milestones. The bidder is required to have a minimum cash investment of 20% of the contract value during the implementation of the work, and should provide evidence of access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities (10% of contract value), certified by the bankers.
