The bidder's available Bid Capacity should be more than the Total Tendered Value to qualify for the bid.

The required prior work experience for the bidder can be fulfilled in one of the following ways:
1. One similar completed work costing not less than Rs.1,74,38,260/- (80% of PAC)
2. Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs.1,08,98,912/- (50% of PAC)
3. Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs.87,19,130/- (40% of PAC) The similar experience required is for a project involving Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) components. The value of similar completed works will be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 30% of the PAC (i.e., Rs. 65,39,347/-) of the work during the immediate last 3 consecutive financial years ending 2022-23. The contractor should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during the last Five years ending FY 2022-23.
