Details: Prior information notice with call for competition: Computer support and consultancy services Kingston upon Hull City Council (the Authority) is seeking providers to supply & deliver transport services for Education and Social Care. The Authority intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of its Transport Services with suitably qualified operators of Private Hire, Hackney Carriage and PSV/PCV vehicles.
