Contract notice: The municipality of Vaala acquires the Vaala Welfare Center as a new building as a KVR contract. The gross area of the new building is about 3,100 brm2. Vaala's current health center is nearing the end of its service life, and a new wellness center will be acquired based on the requirements of the users and the current health center. The aim is to design and implement a new wellness center that is long-term, efficient, easy to change, practical and comfortable. The new building will house social and health services aimed mainly at the municipality's population: health center activities, oral health services, physiotherapy and occupational therapy services, mental health services, youth and adult social work and counseling services. The project also includes a ward for about fifteen (15) patients. The aging population and safety of the municipality of Vaala must be taken into account in particular in the planning.
