The required experience includes: - One similar completed work costing not less than an amount equal to 80% of the estimate cost. - Alternatively, two similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to 60% of the estimate cost. - Alternatively, three similar completed works costing not less than an amount equal to 40% of the estimate cost. Evidence of satisfactory execution of works that have been executed by the tenderers during the last three years in government sectors should be produced, with certificates from the Engineer in-Charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officers, being considered acceptable in government or semi-government organizations.
